Refund Policy

Cancel anytime

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals: you keep full access until the end of the current billing period, and no further charges are made afterwards.

Cancelling vs. requesting a refund

Cancelling is not the same as requesting a refund. Cancellation prevents the next charge; a refund request asks for money already taken. You can cancel to stop future renewals, request a refund for a payment already made, or do both.

15-day refund window

If you are unsatisfied, you can request a refund within 15 calendar days of any successful subscription charge. This applies to your initial subscription payment and to each monthly or annual renewal charge, with the 15 days measured separately from the date of each charge.

Requests received after 15 days from the relevant charge date are not eligible under this window, but you can still cancel to prevent future renewals.

How to request a refund

Send an email to contact@runflowpilot.com including the email address associated with your account and the charge date and amount — or, if you prefer, a payment reference from your receipt or the Stripe billing portal.

Do not send card numbers, CVC codes, or full account numbers by email. The payment reference is enough to locate the charge.

What happens after you request

Each request is reviewed individually. If approved, the refund is processed through Stripe to the original payment method. How quickly the funds appear depends on your bank or card issuer, and we do not guarantee a specific number of processing days.

A refund does not automatically cancel your subscription. If you want to stop future charges, cancel separately from the billing portal or tell us in the same email.

Access after a refund

If a refund is approved for a payment that covered an active billing period, access tied to that period may end early. We confirm the effective date in our reply. If you remain subscribed, your plan and credits continue as normal for the current billing period.

Trials and account deletion

The 3-day trial with 40 AI credits is free and never charges anything, so there is nothing to refund during the trial. Deleting your account (Settings → Danger Zone) cancels any active subscription and purges your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.
