Account access
Sign in on the sign-in page, or create an account on the sign-up page (email or Google). If you forgot your password, use the reset link on the sign-in page.
“Session expired” means your login token lapsed — signing in again fixes it. New accounts land in a 3-step onboarding (choose mode, connect n8n, verify setup) before the app unlocks.
n8n connection
Add instances on the Instances page with a name, a public HTTPS URL (localhost is rejected), and an API key created under n8n's Settings → n8n API. The app verifies the connection before saving.
Unreachable means the URL cannot be reached — check it is public and n8n is running. Error means the key or its permissions are wrong — rotate the key in n8n and use Reverify on the instance.
Workflow generation
Describe the automation in Copilot, review the plan, then generate the workflow (a full build uses 1 AI credit). If a run is interrupted, reopening the conversation resumes it — nothing is charged twice.
“Generation already running” means a job is still in progress for that conversation: wait for it to finish instead of starting another one.
Credits
Trials include 40 AI credits for 5 days; Builder includes 200 per month and Pro 600. Balances reset to the plan allowance each month — unused credits do not roll over. Watch your balance on the dashboard and change plans on the upgrade page.
Dashboard metrics
Workflows counts workflows deployed to n8n and recorded in RunFlowPilot for your account — from the Copilot, the Agent, or an MCP client. Other workflows that merely exist on the same n8n instance are never counted. A linked workflow with no record is flagged for recovery instead.
Time breakdown shows measured durations only: Planning (AI planning time), Building (construction and edits), Testing (validation runs), Deploy (n8n creation and activation). A phase with no recorded measurement shows No data — durations are never estimated.
Recent activity lists your completed workflow actions (creation, edits, tests, deployments). “No activity yet” appears only when nothing has been recorded for your account.
Deployment
Deployment runs Target → Inputs → Credentials → Preflight → Deploy, and always creates an inactive draft you activate yourself in n8n. If preflight flags something, click the error to open the exact node and field.
If a deploy fails after n8n created the workflow, the error shows its n8n ID: use Link existing (or just retry) instead of creating a duplicate. Full steps are in the deployment guide.
Billing
Plans and checkout live on the upgrade page; payments are processed by WarriorPlus. If a payment fails you get a short grace period, then access pauses until billing is refreshed. Annual plans are billed yearly with credits reset monthly. Manage or cancel your subscription in your WarriorPlus account (Account > Purchases/Subscriptions).
Cancellation
Cancel from the upgrade page and ALSO in your WarriorPlus account (Account > Purchases/Subscriptions) to stop future charges: access continues until the end of the paid period, then the account returns to expired status. To erase everything instead, use Settings → Danger Zone → Delete Account (type DELETE to confirm) — this removes your profile, instances, drafts, credits data, and stored credentials, and cancels any subscription.
