Terms of Service

Last updated September 16, 2026.

These terms

RunFlowPilot (“we”) provides an AI-assisted builder that drafts n8n workflows you then deploy to n8n instances on infrastructure you control. By creating an account, checking the acceptance box at sign-up, or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use the service on behalf of a company or other organization, that organization agrees to them too.

They describe your relationship with the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how your data is handled, and our Refund Policy explains cancellation and refunds. If a conflict arises, these terms apply.

Your account and eligibility

Signing up requires your name, a valid email address, and a password of at least 8 characters containing at least one letter and one number. You may also sign in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential and for everything done from your account.

New accounts receive a free 3-day trial with 40 AI credits. No payment card is required to start it. The trial supports at most one n8n instance.

The service

The service generates workflow drafts from your prompts and lets you review, validate, repair, and deploy them to n8n instances you connect. Exactly one AI credit is consumed per generated workflow. You stay in control: nothing is deployed unless you choose to deploy it, and deployments always land inactive until you activate them.

Workflow drafts are produced with Google's Gemini API. An AI drafting assistant can make mistakes — review and validate a workflow before relying on it in production.

Plans, fees, and billing

Paid plans are billed by WarriorPlus in US dollars, monthly or annually, as chosen at checkout. Current published prices:

Builder

$29/month, or $288 billed annually (≈ $24/month). Includes 200 AI credits per period and 1 n8n instance.

Pro

$49/month, or $468 billed annually (≈ $39/month). Includes 600 AI credits per period, up to 5 n8n instances, and Pro-only features such as Agent, MCP, and Compatibility Guardian.

Enterprise

Custom pricing arranged with our team, including custom credit allowances and unlimited n8n instances.

Annual billing is reflected in the prices above (“Save up to 20%” versus paying monthly). Your credit balance resets to your plan's allowance every month — including on annual plans, which are billed yearly but refresh credits monthly. Unused credits do not roll over. WarriorPlus handles checkout and payment processing, so your payment details go directly to WarriorPlus.

We may change prices or plan terms for future periods. Changes apply to your next billing period after we make them available in the app or by email.

Cancellation and refunds

You can mark your subscription as cancelling at any time from the upgrade page — and you must ALSO cancel inside your WarriorPlus account (Account > Purchases/Subscriptions) to stop future charges. Cancellation stops future renewals — you keep full access until the end of the current paid period, and no further charges are made afterwards.

There are no automatic prorated refunds. You can request a refund within 15 calendar days of any successful charge — the initial subscription payment and each monthly or annual renewal, measured separately from the charge date. Write to contact@runflowpilot.com with the account email and the charge date and amount (or a payment reference). Do not send card numbers or CVC codes. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Requesting a refund for a past charge is not the same as cancelling future renewals. If you want to stop future charges, cancel separately from the billing portal or mention it in your email.

If a renewal payment fails, you keep a 3-day grace period to resolve it before access is restricted. Deleting your account (Settings → Danger Zone) cancels any subscription and purges your data, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Your n8n instances

You connect n8n instances that you own or operate. Your n8n API keys are encrypted before storage and never shown again. You are responsible for the security, availability, and content of your own instances, and for how you use them with the service.

Acceptable use

Reasonable use

The service rate-limits certain actions (for example, 10 requests per 60 seconds for some endpoints). You must not circumvent these limits or otherwise abuse the infrastructure.

No misuse of connections

You may only connect and use n8n instances you are authorized to access, and you must not use the service to probe, exfiltrate, or interfere with systems you do not control.

Content

You must not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, or designed to generate workflows that facilitate abuse. You are responsible for the workflows you build and deploy.

No credential harvesting

Do not attempt to recover, decrypt, or otherwise extract other users' stored credentials or data.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Trial and subscription access are revoked after expiry, a failed payment past the grace period, or a violation, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Third-party services

The service relies on Google Firebase (authentication and data storage), Cloudflare (hosting and background processing), Google Gemini (workflow generation), Stripe (payments and billing), and email providers for support. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of those services. Workflows you deploy run on your own n8n instance — the service does not run your production workflows.

Your content and our IP

You keep rights to the content you submit and the workflows you create, and you license it to us only as needed to run the service (store, generate, validate, and deploy on your behalf). The service itself — its name, branding, and software — is ours. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent the service or its output as your own offer.

Changes to the service and these terms

We may add, remove, or change features at any time, and update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes are noted on this page and where practical announced in the app. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the updated terms.

Disclaimers and limits

The service is provided “as is” without express or implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not promise uninterrupted availability or that generated workflows will always be correct, complete, or deployable. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
